What we love:  This hat is flat on its backside, making it easy to attach to wreaths or hang on a wall.

The foam structure of this hat is covered in a black and white harlequin fabric.  The tippy top of the hat ends in wired spiral that can be adjusted, and the base of the hat is decorated with black and white grosgrain ribbons.
