This sign is printed with the illusion of a brown, wooden frame.  "Welcome" is written over a white, faux wood slat background and accented with fall leaves.  A large orange pumpkin appears to be composed of fabric swatches with different patterns - polka dots, plaid, stripes, squiggles and sunflowers.
