The plush ice cream is made with light pink velvet topped with white velvet drizzle.  Folds of white felt create a ruffle pillow of whipped cream, the perfect seat for a red velvet cherry.  The cone, made from foam, is wrapped with tan waffle weave fabric, giving it the look of a sugar cone.  Ruffled pink felt rings the top of the cone.
