This decoration is a form cut from printed and embossed metal, creating a Mrs. Frankenstein face with shading and subtle contours while remaining flat, lightweight, waterproof, and easy to hang.  Her face is green and her lips are black.  Her tall black mound of hair has two white stripes.  She wears earrings, and the stitches on her neck are arranged like a matching necklace.
