This happy snowman works as a table top figure (he's flat on the bottom), but also works as a wreath accent.  The solid foam form is coated in foam micro beads and glitter for a snowy effect.  His arms are made from snowy branches.  He wears a buffalo plaid hat and scarf and black buttons.
