Waterproof and lightweight, this round metal sign has a delightful pun.  It says, "Flakes and Drifters Welcome," around a happy little snowman.  He wears a blue and white striped hat and scarf and waves his stick arms among falling snowflakes.  Iridescent glitter creates frosty-looking edges.
