Waterproof and lightweight, this round metal sign says, "Happy Valentine's Day," in red glitter.  In between the words lies a series of patterned hearts - leopard print, buffalo check, stripes, polka dots and solid - in red, black, white and pink.  Red glittered stars are dotted around them.  A black and white buffalo check border encircles the design.
