It's a snowman! No, it's an ice cream cone!  Actually, it's both!  Fluffy, sherpa-like fabric covers the oversized bottom "scoop" and is embellished with pink chenille "icing."  The top scoop is decorated with a snowman's face and a pink felt top hat.  His stick arms have been replaced by a pink, white and blue candy cane and lollipop.  The foam cone is wrapped in waffle fabric, giving it just the right texture.  A dusting of clear glitter adds the final, sugary touch.
