This very cute bow is made from blue satin stretch fabric that has a pearlized, iridescent metallic finish.  The bow is lightly stuffed with poly fill to give it a little volume.  The loops of the bow and the tails are wired along the perimeter to allow for shaping.  The loops of the bow and the tail are tied together, but they are independent of each other - you can adjust the symmetry of the tails without affecting the loops. Just spread the tails horizontally and slide in one direction or the other. The loops are wired along the top edge as well as the bottom edge so you can control the shape - make the loops puff out or flatten them.  The fabric used matches the fabric of our 8" Bunny Ears Top Hat Decor: Iridescent Blue and 22" Pearl Mushroom Spray: Iridescent Blue.
