The base of this foam cupcake is wrapped in peach-colored, ribbed fabric, mimicking the look of cupcake liners. The icing is made from pink velvet, folded over itself to create a tiered, textured mound.  Multi-colored pom poms serve as candy sprinkles and white pompom trim separates the icing from the cup.
