This wreath has painted mint/pistachio green willow vines that twist in, out and around a base of the same material.  The resulting effect looks almost woven and makes it easy to insert floral stems directly into the spaces in between.  Use this a a floral base or simply add a bow for spring or St. Patrick's Day.
