This bush has seven wired stems of plastic filler.  The leafy sprigs and seeded clusters are set on multiple tiers than can be moved up and down the stem or turned 360 degrees.  This achieves precise placement to achieve the look you want.  The leaves and sedum are medium green with a dark green wash.
