Richly pigmented, burgundy faux velvet has a luxurious sheen.  The leaves, pressed to show veining, are wired for shaping, and the gold glittered center is wired at its base. Poinsettias work well in Christmas tree decorating - they can easily sit on branches and take up significant visual space, providing a lot of bang for the buck.
