This Christmas decoration has a flat base for tabletop display but is light enough to be attached to a wreath.  His body, face and hat are made from foam and his legs and arms are sturdy PVC.  He wears a red, faux velvet jacket embellished with gold trim, buttons, and a black belt. His hat is tall and rounded and decorated with whimsical polka dots.  We like his striped pants because they pair well with candy cane and peppermint accessories.
