Bear grass, or "flexi grass," is made of an un-wired plastic that can be shaped into ornamental curls.  Run the blade of scissors or another flat edge (we used a ruler) along the length of the grass in the same way one would do to curling ribbon.  Each bush has five stems with 13 individual blades that become progressively shorter.  Use to create interesting shapes for corsages or boutonnieres or keep as long lines in floral arrangements.
