This poinsettia has petals cut from lime green faux fur.  The soft fabric is embossed to show veining, and the edges are dipped in white faux snow and clear glitter, enhancing their winter-y look.  The center of the flower is made from wired, green glittered balls that are also covered in snow and glitter.
