The base of this foam cupcake is wrapped in pink, ribbed satin fabric, mimicking the look of cupcake liners. The icing is made from sequined red velvet, folded over itself to create a tiered, textured mound.  Pink and red pom poms serve as candy sprinkles and a glittery, pink foam heart garnishes the treat.  Silver, faux gem trim rings the top of the cup.
