This bush has seven wired stems of fishtail ferns.  Each stem has five ferns situated in two tiers of two, with a single fern at the top.  The tiers can be rotated 360 degrees easily.  To slide them up and down takes some effort - we recommend keeping them stationary as this spray is lightly flocked.
