This extra large lollipop will make a statement in Christmas candy projects.  The sucker has a foam disk base covered in clear and pink tinsel arranged like a starlight mint.  Neon green cording makes thin lines over the white sections of the swirl.  The lollipop's stick is a sturdy PVC tube wrapped with a pink satin ribbon in candy cane style.
