This unusual poinsettia is defined by its negative space.  The petals are wire frames wrapped in fabric, and each one has a white pom pom felt ball at its tip.  The balls match the ones used for the flower's center.  The fabric combines a low-pile faux velvet and a white polyester for a red and white candy cane/peppermint effect.
