This Halloween gnome is filled with weighted beads for a stable base.  Orange braids drape down from under a lime green and black striped hat.  Small candy corns decorate the wired hat - bend the tip for a floppy look. The gnome wears black and white stockings tucked into faux velvet, curly-toed witch boots.
