A large styrofoam ball is transformed into a snowman head with a flocking of faux snow and clear glitter.  Plastic beads make up his eyes and mouth, and he has a cute, copper brown glittered carrot nose.  The snowman looks classy with an ivory cable knit top hat that matches his scarf.  A jute band on the hat is decorated with snowy pine, pinecones and wooden beads.
