He could be one of the Three Kings, or he could be a Drummer Boy. His glittery face is topped with a red hat that is accented with faux, red gems and faux, gold gem trim.  With him is an object that could be a gift or it could be a drum.  Its base is coated in red glitter and topped with green triangles and faux, gold trim.  Glittery grasses capped with red and green foam balls accompany the two felt cutouts.
