He says, "Boo," but he's too cute to be scary!  This plush ghost is made of white felt with the word "boo" written across his front in black felt letters.  He wears a black velvety witch hat with an orange grosgrain ribbon band. Because he is attached to a wired stem, you can easily levitate him out of a project, giving him a haunting presence.  The stem extends through his entire body and into the top of the hat, giving him much support and making his hat bendable.  A light dusting of clear glitter gives him a hint of supernatural sparkle.
