This spray has three foam cupcakes.  The icing is made from puffball/pom pom trim that winds around the conical tops.  It gives a pastel rainbow effect as it fades slowly from pink to blue to green to yellow to peach.  The icing is topped with silver micro glitter and multicolor sprinkles.  The base of the cupcakes is a waffle cone color - light orange-ish - with a generous coating of iridescent glitter.
