This skull is painted to look old and weathered.  The haggard old witch has black, stringy hair - quite literally, as it is made of string!  She is cloaked in purple burlap that is soft and raggedy.  The decoration is flat the back, so it hangs nicely against flat surfaces or on wreaths.
