These two delicious-looking cupcakes are made from fabric over a foam form.  Each mound of icing is made from blue, scrunched velvet atop a ribbed satin cup.  The icing is topped with sugary, clear glitter and multicolored, faux sprinkles.   Use this sugary replication to decorate for birthday parties, or try it in a wreath with a "Home Sweet Home" sign for a charming play on words.
