This affordable wired ribbon is made of weatherproof 100% Polypropylene non-woven Breeze fabric, which has been embossed with a cross-hatch texture.  The material is slightly transparent with subtle sheen, except where the embossed crosshatch texture sits - that part is completely opaque, raised, textured and matte. This ribbon looks and feels the same on both sides.
