This large cupcake is made from a solid piece of foam.  The icing swirl is covered in white glitter, dotted with metallic sprinkles in turquoise blue, red and lime green.  The base of the cupcake is covered in light blue velvet and dusted with faux snow and clear glitter.  Blue and white twine defines the place where the base and the icing top meet.
