This wired spray has three arms threaded through glittered, styrofoam balls alternating between black and white.  The wired arms can be used straight, or curl and shape to suit. Use as is, or cut apart for precise placement.  TIP:  If you cut the arms apart, bend the end of the wire on the open end so the balls don't slide off.
