Two gnomes wear Santa hats sliding over their eyes - their little noses are the only facial feature we see, poking out just above their faux fur beards.  One has a red, white and silver candy cane striped hat and the other has a red and white star hat.  Each gnome 10.5" long when his hat is extended.
