These spiraling curls are covered in the same bewitching fabric as our 17" Iridescent Sequin Monster Eyes Spider and our 12" Iridescent Sequin EyesCream Eyeball Ornament.  It's black velvet topped with black iridescent sequins that shine with purples and blues, just the right vibe for Halloween.  Inside the fabric are wired foam tubes that allow for the shaping and reshaping of these curls.  Modify them however you like - curled, bent, straightened.
