Our artificial pampas grass is made from light-as-air fabric fibers that create the fluffy, feathery look the plant is known for - all the look without a mess.  Cut them apart to use in wreaths (each individual piece has a clear filament spine) or keep together and put multiples in a vase for boho decor.  This one variegates from black to purple; beautiful any time of year, but we love it for Halloween.
