This navy blue glitter spray offers six plastic ribbon curls set on three tiers.  Each curl is mounted on a glitter-coated wire stem that allows for easy positioning, and the non-wired curls can be manipulated from tight coils to extended streamers depending on your design needs. This spray is excellent for adding cascades of whimsical curls to Christmas trees.
