This rich green boxwood garland is built on a wired spine.  Twig-like wired spirals are interspersed among the leaves for a new-growth, spring look.  Each of the leafy sections is attached with wired stems for shaping control.  The narrow nature of this garland makes it ideal as a table runner or to sit atop a narrow surface such as a mantle.
