This garland has a sturdy wire running through its center, so it is well-structured to retain whatever shape you bend it into.  We put a wave formation or S-curves into ours, and were able to achieve symmetrical crests and valleys.   The garland is made of super-soft, green chenille yarn loops and red pompoms creating a whimsical interpretation of holly leaves and berries.
