This garland is the exact length needed to go all the way around one of our 24" Pine Wreaths.  Styrofoam balls are coated in orange, purple, black, and and lime green foil tinsel and extend from the spine on squiggly, black-glittered wires. Arrange the balls so they are compact among pine or mesh, or extend the arms for a whimsical look.
