This garland is the exact length needed to go all the way around one of our 24" Pine Wreaths or a 24" deco mesh wreath.  Styrofoam balls are coated in purple, green and gold foil tinsel and extend from the spine on squiggly, gold-glittered wires. Arrange the balls so they are compact among pine or mesh, or extend the arms for a whimsical look.
