If clowns aren't scary enough on their own, try adding this black Halloween balloon.  It's made from shatterproof plastic, so it's lightweight and will never deflate.  "Trick or Treat" is written across the front in white glitter.  The top is fitted with a small metal ring that has a jute loop attached to help with hanging and the bottom has a jute string that dangles from the "tied" end of the balloon.  Swap the jute loop at the top for clear line or thin wire to hide the mechanics or tuck it underneath some ribbon.
