Halloween, but make it glam! This skull has a cascade of iridescent blue, pink, purple and clear beads and blue glitter dripping from the top of its head to its jaw.  The skull itself is off-white with a dark wash over the features and details on the face..  The outside is plastic, but the inside is foam, making it lightweight and easy to secure to a wreath - we used our zip tie mounts and a chenille stem.  Use in glamorous witch or pirate treasure themes.
