This sweet foam cupcake has a lavender purple and pink striped cup that matches its large peppermint garnish.  Both are coated in clear glitter.  The "icing" is made from poly fill fluff and topped with multicolored candy balls or sprinkles and glitter.  Scrunched iridescent plastic sheeting provides a decorative and eye-catching trim.  Look for our matching iridescent lollipop.
