This mushroom is made from bundled angel vine or grape vine.  It has patches of green, faux moss on its cap and stem.  We used leftover wires from a floral bush to attach it to our wreath.  You can insert the wires into the angel vine on this mushroom the same way you can with an angel vine wreath.
