This leprechaun hat is made from two pieces of solid foam wrapped in olive green velvet.  The hat is embellished with a black band, metallic gold buckle and three glittery, foam shamrocks.  The shamrocks are wired so you can change their positions.

• Shamrocks are 3D and 1.75" wide
• NOT hollow on the inside
