The base of this foam cupcake is wrapped in pink ribbed satin, mimicking the look of cupcake liners. The icing is made from white velvet, folded over itself to create a tiered, textured mound.  Pink and blue pom poms serve as candy sprinkles.  The cupcake is garnished with a glittery gingerbread girl wearing a pink dress and two pink peppermint swirl lollipops.
