The base of this foam cupcake is wrapped in glittery ribbed satin, mimicking the look of cupcake liners. The icing is made from white velvet, folded over itself to create a tiered, textured mound.  Red, green and white pom poms serve as candy sprinkles.  The cupcake is garnished with a glittery gingerbread man, peppermint swirl lollipops and two glittery candy cane sticks.
