This lightweight, waterproof sign is ideal for decorating inside and out.  The green eyes of a black cat seem to glow as they stare down the viewer on this character sign.  His neon orange eye rim complements his witchy eyes and matches our "Orange Iridescent Dupioni Ribbon."  The theme pairs well with our "Vintage Cat, Witch, Jack-O-Lantern Ribbons."

To replicate our pictured wreath, first use the pouf method to secure 21" mesh around a work form. Then, cut 12-inch-long pieces of 10-inch-wide mesh.  Gather each piece in the center, using the ruffle method, and secure one piece to each of the tinsel ties.  This will effectively put a ruffle between each "bump" created by the pouf method.  Our supply list is below:
