This pretty butterfly is made from D. Stevens' designer ribbon fabric.  The top side is silvery dupioni printed with blue, orange, purple and pink butterflies.  The back side is purple dupioni. The two fabrics are fused together and accented with decorative white stitching and purple embroidery.  Wires are securely stitched between the fabrics so you can manipulate the four wing sections to "pose" your butterfly in your creation. Underneath the butterfly there is a metal alligator clip that is attached via an elastic loop.  Don't need the clip? Simply open it and slide out of the elastic loop.
