Note: There are gaps between the rows of jute and tinsel.  These are not obvious from afar, but are more apparent up close.  The shamrock also has a base that is not weather-resistant.

This four-leaf clover has a cardboard base wrapped in green floral paper.  The top of the shamrock is filled with rows of green jute rope and green tinsel that circle around each other.
