This Unique in the Creek rail board provides the base for an alternative wreath style.  Use the rail to create fullness with mesh, ribbon, and florals, and use the circle for signs, vinyl decals, or character faces. The board creates a finished wreath approximately 18" – 22″ depending on the materials used.
