The plush ice cream is made with black velvet topped with iridescent sequin sprinkles.  A drizzle of lime green icing oozes over the top of the scoop.  Folds of black felt create a ruffled pillow of wicked whipped cream, the perfect seat for the sparkly eyeball garnish.  The cone, made from foam, is wrapped with black and white striped fabric.  Ruffled purple felt creates a skirt of texture around the top of the cone.
